I'm an AI, Automation, Content & Knowledge Management professional, with a curiosity for how technology can make the way we work smarter, simpler, and more efficient.
I currently work at Assurant as a Specialist in Content and AI, where I work at the intersection of AI, automation, content, and knowledge management. My work includes managing an in-house AI platform, building automation bots using Automation Anywhere, connecting and orchestrating workflows across different applications, and exploring how AI can be applied to solve real-world business problems.
Work
My work sits somewhere between technology, content, and problem-solving.
I enjoy taking a process that is repetitive, fragmented, or unnecessarily complicated and asking:
“Can we make this better?”
That often means building automation bots, connecting different applications, improving knowledge systems, experimenting with AI, or simply finding a smarter way to get something done.
I'm particularly interested in AI agents, intelligent automation, workflow automation, knowledge management, and the evolving relationship between humans and AI at work.
Building
I'm a builder at heart.
I like creating things — whether that's an automation workflow, a small Python project, an AI experiment, a website, or an idea that starts as a random thought and eventually becomes something tangible.
Right now, I'm focused on strengthening my Python skills, getting deeper into the rapidly evolving world of AI and automation, experimenting with tools like Automation Anywhere and Unify Apps, and building projects that help me learn by doing.
I'm less interested in simply knowing how something works and more interested in actually building with it.
Beyond Work
When I'm not thinking about AI or building something, you'll probably find me reading, taking street photographs, strength training, or occasionally playing a sport.
I've also always enjoyed writing. I'd describe myself as a passive writer — someone who has always had thoughts to put into words but hasn't always been consistent about doing it.
I'm trying to change that.
So this space is also where I'll be sharing what I'm building, learning, reading, and thinking about, particularly around AI, automation, technology, and the future of work.
